Returns:
At this time, all sales are final.
Unfortunately exchanges or refunds cannot be made for choosing the wrong product size/shape or specific color choice and wording entered incorrectly at checkout. Please ensure your information is 100% correct before you complete your order. For a sizing guide please refer to our product descriptions.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, unworn and unwashed, and we are notified within 10 days of delivery with photo/video evidence. Note that you may only exchange it for the same item. Send us an email at cczameen@gmail.com for more information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Commissions:
Return policy will abide by the signed commission contract.
